User Accounts

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Spam or harass journalists, influencers, or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack our Services

Payment Terms

Cancellation

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Any damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the past 12 months

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialAI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Non-payment of fees

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
